I knew this would help. It was an easy installation. If you set the Off road next to the stock 4 cat pipe, yolu can see the restrictions in the old vs the new. Way louder. The car almost makes an explosive sound when its started up.

Great bolt on, Installed easy. Had to remove underdrive crank pulley/ K&N panel filter/ Removal of air silencer HP

A true HP bolt-on. With the AOD Boost does not come on until ~3700 RPMs but when it does hold on.

 

With the BD11 Kit,,, -Removed Air Silencer, -K&N panel air filter replaced with Conical, -ASP underdrive crank pulley removed, -Timing set to 6^

 

 

Currently I'm tuning in the SC for more power. Right now, I'm working with the timing. I had it set to 2^, and now moved it to 6^. What a huge difference.

92' Stock upper intake and 60mm TB and EGR plate

86 Motors had a very restrictive upper intake and 58mm TB and EGR. When I dissassembled my old intake this was appearant

Throttle response has never been better. The exhuast rumble is clean and quick. Has a little better high end power.

T5 Transmission - FMS clutch - B&M Ripper shifter

 

 

By design a manual is 4% more efficient than an Auto and wieghs 75lbs less. Plus the added 1st gear ratio of 3.35. No more AOD coolant in the Radiator.

Flowtech 1 5/8 Shortie Headers

Good Construction. After looking at these headers compared to the stock its hard to believe the stock headers could even run a car. At idle is a little louder and some quick stabs of the throttle makes the car roar.

92' E7 Heads - Removed exhaust thermo coupler bump

87-93 heads are way less restrictive than the 86 shrouded ones. I had to flycut my pistons for PV clearance. +15cfms from exhaust porting. CR should be 9.4:1

Gutted SMOG pump and removed lines

I have to leave the SMOG pulley inplace due to the SC belt routing. Gutted smog pump and removed all lines and valves. Plugged Air injection holes in the heads.
